Yeah, I wore a sweater to church yesterday, but only for looks. On the way home I had the car window open. I honestly don't understand why humans ever settled north of the snow line.

Yeah it started snowing Christmas Eve and by late Christmas morning we had about 8 inches. Blech. Snowblowing and shovelling on Christmas is no fun.

Luckily I got a new flannel bed set and that was AMAZING to crawl into come night time. God I am no longer a kid.

LOL.

And what the caption doesn't say is that the Doctor's daughter was actually (in-story) the Tenth Doctor's daughter. So the Tenth Doctor also married the Tenth Doctor's daughter.

Oops, I just realized that I missed the rest of this thread. Sorry about that!

I spent part of Christmas Day sleeping after being up at the crack of 6 am to set the PVR to record the final season of Peter Capaldi's Doctor Who stories before the farewell and Christmas episode came on in the evening.

Downton Abbey marathon starts on Dec. 30 and runs until Jan. 1 (yes, the entire 6 seasons!). I plan to record them. Later on the 1st, there's a Handmaid's Tale marathon, which I will also record. Hurray for the invention of a machine that means I don't have to change videotapes every 8 hours!

Happy New Year from January 1, 2018! :)

I've been spending the weekend watching Downton Abbey - PBS is running a marathon of the entire 6-season run, stretching over 3 days (I did get some sleep).
